Seasons greetings, everyone! As many of us wind down for the 2022 season, it’s a great time to reflect on the year past. 2022 has been difficult for many of us as we try to adjust to change in how we do things and get back to some sense of normalcy. As a whole, we’ve all risen to the occasion and done some great things together this year! 

At Uncanny Lab, we’ve worked hard to continue production on our Bluecap.ai Intelligence. We have expanded its integrations with Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Zoho CRM, Jira, TCC Canada Cognitive Board Rooms, and many more to come. The product would be nothing without the feedback of our power users, and we appreciate you all to no end! It’s been a long road, and there are still many more steps in the future, but we’ve had a great team and customers helping us along.

We’ve also had a great year with our LinkedIn and Youtube live series. We’ve been honoured with some incredible guests this year, like Eli Fathi, Lubabah Bakht, David Creelman, Shana Reside, Linda Dent, and the grand master of analytics himself, Avinash Kaushik. Your insights have been instrumental to our success! We hope to have some or all of you back in 2023.

In 2022 we expanded our client base with some exciting new logos and continued some great relationships we’ve built over the years. We’ve started an exciting new chapter with The Canada Council for the Arts. Helping their organization embrace GA4 and the privacy-first cookieless world has been exciting. We look forward to continuing this momentum in the coming year. 

We were also honoured to be invited to present our medical offerings to the Innovation Core at the CHEO Research Institute. Their work continues to inspire Canadians in a time when it’s needed most. We look forward to continued discussions and seeing where AI can take the medical field as a whole!

In the coming year, we have some big things in the works. We will continue to support CAA North East Ontario in its journey to realize AI-driven real-time interactions with customers with privacy and relevancy at the forefront of their efforts. We are continuously proud to be a part of such forward-thinking initiatives with their organization. 

We’re also excited to grow our retail portfolio by assisting with expanding a significant clothing brand out of its home province and bringing its quality clothing into the homes of Canadians. It’s an exciting time to build out a brand with all the emerging AI technologies and possibilities; the case study next year will be WILD. 

Thank you to everyone who made this year possible and for the continued dedication of our team. There are big things in our future, and we have a hopeful and ambitious outlook for 2023. To everyone: have a Merry Christmas, a Happy Holidays, and a Happy New Year!
